Romut comes from a dark place of a personal struggle for me. I had to have brain surgery, the immediate aftermath left tremendous pain I am still not sure how I endured and lived to tell about it. This artwork depicts the way I wish I could have screamed out in pain so the nurses would know the pain meds were not working, but I was in so much pain, I could not speak a word. Original is horizontal 42x22 rough surface, framed in white.
